About the event
This workshop integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches with experiential activities designed to enhance emotional regulation, self-awareness, and relational attunement. Participants will engage in guided, non-riding exercises with horses to explore trust, boundaries, and connection in a safe, reflective environment.
